mayor_eelgrass Today is Backwards Day. And, Wednesday. This evening I ran my Wednesday 5K completely backwards. My older son walked and sprinted beside and ahead of me to alert me of any perils. With the goal of an hour, we completed it within 47 minutes and 19 seconds. This album accompanied the entire experience, from a bluetooth speaker in his backpack side pocket. Thank you all for making this possible, and for being participatory in this totally cool memory. :) Favorite track: Fear Factory.
